Dinghies
The dinghy fleet is a very active and innovative group within the club and members include several international sailors. Coaching is offered for sailors who wish to improve their racing and boat handling skills and the fleet has a friendly network of people who can offer advice on those thorny questions like jib tension, mast rake, rudder rake and rigging for different weather conditions.

R Class Skiffs
- R Class skiffs are an extreme performance, light weight, skiff style, development dinghy class in the truest sense. The Canterbury R Class Squadron sails from the club most Saturdays, unless we're on an away trip. The squadrons' aims are to promote fast, exciting trapeze racing in a development class and grow the class by fostering new members.
