Coaching is offered for sailors who wish to improve their racing and boat handling skills and the fleet has a friendly network of people who can offer advice on those thorny questions like jib tension, mast rake, rudder rake and rigging for different weather conditions.

Lyttelton Harbour provides a wonderful area for racing or family sailing in a small dinghy with many sheltered bays and historic Quail Island and Ripapa Island just a short sail away for a picnic or exploration.
